All Funke's Trybal Marks sales are final. Funke's Trybal Marks does not give refunds for any purchase.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If for any reason your product is damaged upon receipt, you may request a product exchange within 48 hours after receiving your product, less the shipping charge. Simply email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and return your package by following normal return procedures. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strive to get all exchanges processed within 5 business days of receipt, but note that this may take slightly longer during busy periods, such as holidays. An email will be sent to you once the exchange has been processed.
Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Funke's Trybal Marks reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s) if they do not meet these criteria. Please ensure your order number is included with your return. Failure to do so may result in the exchange process being delayed. Because Funke's Trybal Marks cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service.
