Shipping

Standard shipping in the US is processed once credit card authorization and a correct address has been obtained. We strive to ship your products on the next business day after we receive your order (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have selected standard United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground shipping, you can expect delivery within 1 to 7 business days after your order has shipped. Orders shipped using priority delivery will take 3-7 business days to arrive once processed, with the exception of holiday orders. It may take between 24-48 hours for credit/debit card authorizations. Orders purchased on the weekend, including Fridays, will take longer to arrive.

Rates

There is a standard shipping & handling fee that will be applied to your purchase at time of checkout. We calculate shipping charges based on the weight (and, occasionally, the dimensions of the packaging) of your merchandise; your particular shipping address; and the shipping method you select, using standard USPS shipping rates. To keep our rates reasonable, we only charge you a percentage of the actual shipping rate.

Holidays

Holiday shipments do not have a promised delivery time as we have no control how fast the postal service will deliver your package. Due to high volume, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery during the US holidays, which include, but are not limited to, Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. 

P.O. Boxes

USPS does not deliver packages to P.O. boxes. Please make sure you provide us with a physical street address for your shipping address.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship outside of the 50 US states. It is our hope that this is a service we will offer in the near future. If you input an international address as your shipping address on checkout, the amount will be refunded back to your credit card and the items will not be shipped to you.

Insurance, Damages, or Loss

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen or damaged packages that have not been insured by you. If your package is lost, Funke's Trybal Marks is not responsible. We keep shipping receipts as proof of mailing. Please contact your local post office if any issues occur.

We are also NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect addresses entered into our system when you check out. We recommend that you ship with insurance and signature in case of any rare event. Please tell us the amount you'd like to insure, and we will add it to your shipping costs. Signature confirmation and extra insurance can be purchased if you would like to sign for your package. Signature confirmation assures that your package will not be left at your door if no one is there to sign for it. To purchase signature confirmation, contact us PRIOR to check out.
